Custom House Plans

There are many styles of homes available today. Some building companies specialise in just one style, with full knowledge and consideration of the materials used. In most cases however, you can take a house plan using other materials to your builder, and request changes in the claddings, roofing material, type of windows etc.

Be prepared however, that when changing external cladding or joinery, that the structure of the house needs to change to accomodate the different fixing requirements, weight support etc.
