Whilst the various countries have their own star rating systems,
they typically follow the framework of that adopted by NZ
The Green Star NZ rating tool system will be developed
for different building types - office, retail, health, education,
residential, industrial etc
- 4 Star - score 45-59 - 'Best Practice'
- 5 Star - score 60-74 - 'New Zealand Excellence'
- 6 Star - score 75-100 - 'World Leadership'
